We took an 11-month hiatus from suburban living and traveled around the world.

We’ve always wanted to show the kids the world, but life seemed to just pass by and the roots in suburban America got deeper. Taking a whole year never really seemed possible. Until we just decided to do it.

The purpose of our blog is to share our journey start to finish with our friends and family, and to shed some light on what it’s like to travel as a large family around the world.
